Bridal Policies
To provide each bride and bridal party with a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Retainer
A non-refundable and non-transferable retainer is required to secure your wedding date and services. Your booking is not confirmed until the required retainer has been received.
Pricing & Quotes
Bridal services are customised based on the details of each wedding. Pricing will be provided after your bridal inquiry has been reviewed and your service needs have been discussed.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by the due date provided with your booking. All payments must be completed before wedding-day services begin.
Travel, Setup & Parking
Travel and setup fees may apply to on-location services and will be included in your personalised quote. The client is responsible for any parking, valet, hotel parking, or other parking-related fees required at the service location.
Appointment Time
Everyone receiving makeup services must be present and ready at their scheduled time with a clean, makeup-free face. Late arrivals may result in shortened or cancelled services to avoid delaying the bridal timeline.
Changes to the Bridal Party
Please provide an accurate number of people requesting makeup services when submitting your inquiry. Additional services are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Retainers cannot be transferred from one person to another or applied toward another service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Wedding-date changes are subject to availability. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
Skin Preparation
For the best makeup application, clients should avoid trying new skincare products, peels, waxing, or other potentially irritating facial treatments immediately before the wedding. Please disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns before makeup services begin.
Photography & Social Media
Photos or videos may be taken of completed makeup for portfolio and social-media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed or posted, please communicate this before services begin.
Agreement
By submitting a retainer and booking services with Rockie the Beauty Expert, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to these Bridal Policies.
